Mr. Ajit Yelmar
Director
Mr. Ajit Yelmar has more than thirty years of experience in construction. He has completed work for Raj Bhavan, Mantralaya and the Bombay High Court, along with many residential projects across Ulwe, Dronagiri and Panvel.
Through Vaastu Builders and Developers, he has completed eleven projects in these areas. His company, Ajit Construction, has also handled important civil repair and maintenance projects for both government and private clients.
At Tatva, he guides the complete construction process. He ensures that planning, materials and work quality are correct from the beginning.
Mr. Anand Patil
Director
Mr. Anand Patil is well known in the Navi Mumbai and Panvel real estate community. He has completed projects like Tejas Heritage, Sapphire, Neelkamal and Dr. Mekhale Hospital.
His work won the Lokmat Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing. He also leads important industry bodies as Chairman of the Satra Plaza Premises Co-operative Society Limited and as Secretary of the Maharashtra Builders Association.
At Tatva, he manages partnerships and overall strategy. He focuses on building trust with customers and maintaining long-term relationships.
Mr. Raja Shambhu
Director
Mr. Raja Shambhu has twenty-five years of experience in banking, credit and project finance. He has worked with PNB Housing Finance, ICICI Bank and Indiabulls at senior levels.
His background includes project evaluations, technical checks and financial risk studies. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Institution of Engineers.
At Tatva, he ensures every project is financially strong and transparent. His work helps investors and customers feel secure.
Mr. Rupesh Kumar
Director
Mr. Rupesh Kumar has eighteen years of experience in real estate valuation, feasibility studies and technical planning.
He has worked with Reliance Engineering, ICICI and Indiabulls HFC while leading technical teams across different cities. He has also helped develop several real estate software tools.
He is known for his clear knowledge of byelaws and practical design planning. At Tatva, he leads architecture, design and construction innovation while ensuring all technical approvals are followed.
Mr. Jayesh Bhanushali
Director
Mr. Jayesh Bhanushali has twelve years of experience in mortgage consultancy, research, project management and compliance. He has worked with many leading financial institutions.
He has created new processes from the ground up and has strong skills in vendor coordination, PMO work and quality checks.
At Tatva, he leads the approvals and liaison team. He ensures that all documents, permissions and government processes move smoothly and on time.
